IE3 interns in Ecuador October 2008!

Paul Primak, the director of Oregon University System International Programs, met a few IE3 interns during his recent visit to Quito Ecuador. Peter Kim is interning at Child Family Health International in Quito fall term and is wearing his "Beaver Believer" shirt.

Sarah Smith, also an OSU student, is in Quito for 12 months interning at UNIFEM. She is pictured here with her supervisor Lucia Salamea-Palacios. Sarah has had a fantastic year interning at UNIFEM and specifically working on programs related to education about violence against women and HIV/AIDS in the Andean Region.
