Rosario, Argentina: Big City, Small-town Life
by Cayla Lopez: Political Science and International Studies Degrees. Business/Entrepreneurship and Spanish minors. IE3 Rosario, Argentina

After only a month in Rosario, Argentina, I already am planning my next trip back. That is just how much I have grown to love Rosario and all its offerings.
My internship here at the International Relations Departament of the local city hall has been very dynamic and at times unpredictable. Most of my time in the office has been spent doing translation work for various international contracts binding the city of Rosario with…

Linda has hosted many, many IE3 interns at the Mesoamerica magazine over the years. As well, she is an excellent resource for interns going to San Jose, Costa…

Guatemala offers a rich and diverse experience for interns. A culturally and geographically diverse country, an intern can experience volcanoes, pristine mountain lakes, the rainforest, the coast, and lush mountains. Home to many ethnic groups, including a significant indigenous population, it allows an intern to gain incredible insight into a world very different from mainstream U.S. culture. IE3 Global Internships offers internships at both urban and rural locations that are not typical tourist destinations, allowing the intern to interact with the local population.

Long Way Home (rural) is located on the outskirts of the small town of…
