Costa Rica is a country of lush rainforests, pristine beaches, incredible biodiversity and friendly people. Monya Lemery, IE3 Latin America Director, recently visited several internship sites in Costa Rica. There are several amazing opportunities for students wanting to live and intern in this paradise.

Guatemala offers a rich and diverse experience for interns. A culturally and geographically diverse country, an intern can experience volcanoes, pristine mountain lakes, the rainforest, the coast, and lush mountains. Home to many ethnic groups, including a significant indigenous population, it allows an intern to gain incredible insight into a world very different from mainstream U.S. culture. Yet, it has made a comeback from the days of wars and revolution to boast itself as the safest country in Central America.
