Your final report is one contribution to the program. It will help future interns prepare themselves better. Once it is written, however, there are still many ways to stay involved in the IE3 community. The most obvious way is to send us updates and let us know where your internship experience has led you.

Here are some other ways to stay in touch:

Recommend reliable organizations abroad that would like to have an intern. Send the contact information to the Regional Director with a summary of the opportunities.

Hire an intern. If you work for an organization that would either like an intern, or would like to hire an intern alumnus, let us know. We may be able to match you with a recent graduate.

Contribute an article to Field Notes about life since your internship.

Provide us with information and resources from recent travels that we can share with outbound interns.

Donate frequent flyer mileage to an intern for a plane ticket. Contact Cara Gilpin if you are interested in helping out this way.
