On Campus Promotion
IE3 makes promotional materials available to campus advisors and departments to help spread the word to students about the opportunities available. We are always happy to help develop new materials based off of your suggestions, so let us know what else would be useful. The main existing materials are:
Email Updates
Email updates are sent out each quarter about a month before the application deadline. Faculty and students can sign up to receive these updates directly. You can view previous messages in the email update archive.
Flyers
Regional and subject-area flyers in three-to-a-page format are available for campus outreach. Now that the website is so extensive, there is no need to customize them with your contact information, unless you choose to. Use them for study abroad fairs, class visits, faculty advising, bulletin boards, and whatever else strikes your fancy.
Posters
IE3 promotional posters are available for display in your office and around campus. Please contact Natanya to request additional posters.
Departmental Binders
IE3 has binders with program information, credit information, and sample internship descriptions that can be customized to departments on your campus for advising meetings with faculty. Please let us know if you would like us to send you copies for your campus.
Outreach Ideas
We know that many of our partner universities have developed unique, creative approaches to raising awareness of the IE3 program on their campuses. Please share your ideas with us and with other internship advisors.
