IE3 makes promotional materials available to campus advisors and departments to help spread the word to students about the opportunities available. We are always happy to help develop new materials based off of your suggestions, so let us know what else would be useful. The main existing materials are:

Email Updates
Email updates are sent out each quarter about a month before the application deadline. Faculty and students can sign up to receive these updates directly. You can view previous messages in the email update archive.

Departmental Flyers
Flyers in 8 1/2 x 11 and three-to-a-page formats are available here for downloading. Customize them with your contact information and use them for study abroad fairs, class visits, faculty advising, bulletin boards, adn whatever else strikes your fancy.

Departmental Binders
IE3 has binders with program information, credit information, and sample internship descriptions that can be customized to departments on your campus for advising meetings with faculty. Please let us know if you would like us to send you copies for your campus.

IE3 Promotional Video
We have a short (5 min.) video produced by a former intern that includes alumni interviews. Please let us know if you haven't received a copy on DVD. We are working on transfering it to a web format.
